What are variants

A parent product can store attributes such as size, color, or material, with child products for the variants you sell.

Create and verify each variant separately when it needs its own SKU, price, or stock.

Creating attributes (size, color)

When creating a parent product, record the attributes and values that describe its variants.

The current flow does not automatically generate every combination; create each child product you need.

• •Size: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL
• •Color: any color name
• •Material, flavor, weight, or any custom attribute

Kits and combos

A kit is a product composed of several inventory components. For example, an "Office Kit" can include 1 keyboard + 1 mouse + 1 mousepad as individual components.

The component list is an operational reference, but the current POS does not automatically decrement each component when the kit is sold.

How to record kit movements

The system decrements the product on the sale line. Review kit components and record their adjustments manually.

Current stock control does not separately validate every component before sale.
