Configuring a threshold per product

Set a minimum stock value on the product. Dashboard and low-stock views show products at the threshold when they load.

The current threshold is per product, not independently configurable per warehouse.

Dashboard widget

The dashboard shows the count of products at their minimum threshold when the view loads.

From the widget you can navigate directly to the product detail or to the low stock page to take action.

Low stock page

The Inventory → Low stock page lists products below threshold with warehouse, current stock, minimum, and available average-cost data.

Recommended reorder workflow

The view helps decide what to replenish but does not create purchase orders or calculate suggested quantities.

When goods arrive, record and verify the stock-in movement manually; uploading a received invoice does not increase stock by itself.
