AI prepares drafts and can make mistakes. You or your accountant must review every record. The subscription does not include official DGT issuance, automatic Mensaje Receptor, custody of funds, SINPE collections, or automatic bank connections.

What the limits mean

AI scans
Number of receipt photos processed during the monthly cycle. You can still record expenses manually without scans.
Users
People with access to the same organization. Accountant access starts with Growth.
Trial
90 days without a card. When it ends, choose a plan to continue using write features.
Currency
Prices are in USD and billed monthly. Stripe shows the total and any applicable tax or charge before confirmation.

What are the monthly prices?

Starter $19, Growth $39, Pro $79, and Accountant $129 per month, in USD. Each plan includes the user and AI-draft quota shown above.

Is an annual contract required?

No. Published plans are monthly and you can cancel for the following cycle.

Does AI post my expenses by itself?

No. It prepares a draft. You or your accountant review and confirm it before the accounting record is created.

Does DGT issuance cost extra?

It is not available or included in these plans. If a certified partner service is added, it will be published separately with its own pricing and terms.

Can I keep my current fiscal provider?

Yes. Kontafico can complement evidence, expense, and accounting work. You do not have to replace your fiscal provider to try that workflow.
