How much does Kontafico cost?
Starter $19, Growth $39, Pro $79, and Accountant $129 per month, in USD. The trial lasts 90 days with no card. The published offer has no annual contract or automatic overages.
Does Kontafico issue official invoices to Hacienda?
Not in the current offer. You can organize drafts, commercial documents, expenses, and accounting, but DGT issuance and automatic Mensaje Receptor are not included.
Does receipt scanning replace review?
No. AI extracts and suggests data, but it can be wrong. Every draft must be reviewed and confirmed by you or your accountant.
Does it connect automatically to SINPE or my bank?
No. You can record the payment method and reconcile by file or manually. Kontafico does not process payments, hold funds, or offer automatic bank connections in this offer.
Why pay if I already have a fiscal provider?
Because it solves a different part of the work: collecting evidence, organizing expenses, preparing drafts, and collaborating with your accountant. If your fiscal provider already does that well, you probably do not need Kontafico.
